I was lucky enough to travel to the French capital during my Spring Break while I was studying abroad in Cardiff, Wales. My friend and I chose to stay for just a couple of days in the cutest hotel in the center of the city. Although we would have loved to stay there for a longer time, we managed to fit in some of the most famous sites of Paris!
Angelina – This place is worth the wait. If you’re able to find a spot, go for their famous Hot Chocolate and Mont Blanc.
Le Figaro (one of the most famous newspapers in Paris) named this Patisserie’s Eclairs au Chocolat the best in the city!
… and their bread (yum!)
The French go crazy for their cheese…
Le Moulin Rouge by night.
The display of Macarons inside another Laduree shop.
Place de la Concorde
The fancy entrance to Abercrombie & Fitch.
The famous love locks – Legend says two lovers come to this bridge together to tie a lock with their initials on it and then throw away the key into the river. How romantic!
The line outside the famous patisserie Angelina.
Laduree – Home to the first Macarons!
St. Michell Fountain
Les Galleries Lafayette – This is a very famous department store known for it’s beautiful dome (seen from the inside) – it’s worth a stop!
